Right to Represent (RTR)

This will be filled out before moving forward and states that you are working solely through Babbage with a particular client for 90 days.

Babbage Face-to-Face Interview

An interview via MS Teams video with others from the Babbage team will be scheduled. We schedule this as a next step to establish a relationship with our candidates and often times, we will assess your technical skills.

Client Resume Submittal and Interview

Babbage coordinates between you and the client. We will work with you each step of the way throughout that interview process and will do our very best to prepare you for the interview.

Offer

We will work with you and our client to ensure that everything is negotiated and that you feel comfortable with the details of your new role.

Offer Acceptance

You will work with Babbage directly to accept your offer and Babbage will communicate with the client.

Onboarding

If the offered position is a contract or contract-to-hire role, our Operations Manager will reach out to you with onboarding paperwork to be filled out. If the offered position is a direct hire role, we will coordinate between you and the client regarding any onboarding paperwork and/or first day start details.

Continued Communication

If you are directly hired by our client – We want to hear how it’s going! We will check in now and then but feel free to reach out to us as well. If you are hired on a contract or contract-to-hire role, while most of the communication is with the client in which you are working, Babbage will be in constant communication with you. Feel free to reach out to Babbage as well with any questions or concerns that you may have during your assignment.
